Leading a healthy lifestyle in the present environment is really tough. People are suffering from panic and depression due to the effects of kovid-19 and lockdown all over the world. 


Somewhere people have no money to buy food, and somewhere there is money, but the supply of food is not adequate. Despite all of those factors, we need to be aware of the quality and healthy lifestyle in this sensitive environment.

Health is defined as a complete state of physical, mental, and social well being, not merely the absence of disease or infirmity. Most people focus solely on physical attributes when they attempt to become healthy. They are not aware of the fact that the environment has an impact on the status of their health.

They change many habits to improve physical health but often overlook other aspects like mental health and social health. If you want to be truly happy in life, your physical health, your mental health, and social health all need to be given equal priority. 


If you have a positive state of mind and contribute values to society, you will be successful towards the aim of leading a healthy life.

Leading a Healthy Lifestyle depends on four important things that I will refer to as 4G Lifestyle.
This article will help discover the Secrets of the 4G lifestyle. which means 4 good things: "Good Food", "Good Exercise", "Good Sleep", and "Good Mind".
 
1.GOOD FOOD

The first factor for leading a healthy and quality lifestyle is to have healthy food. Good food does not mean what you love to eat, Eat what you ought to eat if you really love your health.
Good food means a balanced diet. 

A balanced diet is a diet that contains differing elements of foods in required proportions; carbohydrates, fats, proteins, minerals, vitamins, fiber, and water. 

Carbohydrates provide energy whereas protein, vitamin, and mineral help to enhance immunity and growth.

 A balanced diet consists of different varieties of food that contain all the essential elements that our body requires for healthy functioning. Therefore, a balanced diet provides all the nutrients requirements of our body in proper proportion. Choosing a balanced diet is the first step towards a healthy lifestyle.

Carbohydrate-dense food includes rice, bread, barley, oats, and other food grains. Protein-rich food includes fish,sea-food,poultry-food, red meat, pulses, milk, etc, Some high-protein foods like fish, eggs, etc, contain fats and fat-soluble vitamins too. 

Dietary fiber is important for a healthy digestive system and regular bowel movements. Fiber helps your bowel working smoothly. Fiber can improve cholesterol and blood sugar levels and can assist in preventing some diseases such as diabetes, heart disease, and bowel cancer. 

Finally, we have to talk about water. The role of water in keeping the body healthy is immense. only a few of the health benefits are mentioned here. 

Water maintains cell health and integrity, carries nutrients and oxygen to the cells, adequate blood flow and maintain liquidity of blood, regulates body temperature through sweating, moisturizes the mucous membranes of the lungs, cleanse the bladder from bacteria, aids digestion and prevent constipation, assists in maintaining and moisturizing the skin.

Processed foods contain chemicals that reduce the efficiency of various organs in your body and negatively affect the brain.

If you eat clean and fresh food, your body will work better and so will your brain. If you find yourself constantly anxious or stressed, stop eating sugary and salty and oily foods, at least reduce your intake.




2.GOOD EXERCISE- Regular Moderate Exercise


The second factor to lead a healthy life is regular exercise. It means regular moderate exercise such as walking, playing, cycling, etc.is good for your muscles and bones.

Regular moderate exercise can give multiple health benefits and prevent us from many critical diseases. Morning walk strengthens the functioning of the lungs and helps to protect from asthma.

If you make a habit of exercise daily for an hour, many diseases cannot afflict you. You do not have to afraid of running, jogging, etc., but you should have some sort of moderate physical activity in your everyday life. 

Regular physical activity is important for healthy growth, development, and well-being. Make a habit of doing the morning walk, get active each day.

3.Good Sleep-Sound Sleep


The second factor to lead a healthy life is Sound Sleep. Uninterrupted sound sleep helps keep your mind fresh.


Adequate sleep is important for getting energy, avoiding weight gain, reducing tension and anxiety. Sleep helps improve several functions of the brain. Good sleep can improve concentration and productivity.

Getting enough sleep helps keep our mind and body healthy. Adequate sleep is a key part of a healthy lifestyle. Enough sleep can benefit our body and min both. 


Lack of sleep causes increased anxiety and also a cause of depression. Hence. Sleep and health are directly related.


4.Good Mind-Healthy State of Mind

Healthy State of Mind means stress-free, tension-free, anxiety-free mind

 A positive mind is essential in the present environment it is important specifically when you face challenges. Similarly, you need to contribute positive things to your circle of influences, including social media.
