Moringa contains 13 species out of which Moringa Oleifera is the most popular and widely cultivated. Different species have different types of trees. Some of them are small in size, some are long and huge. Several insect pests and caterpillars on the tree are observed in India.
Moringa Oleifera or moringa tree is a multipurpose tree cultivated throughout the the South Asian countries and some other parts of the world.

Moringa Oleifera is used as food. The leaves, flowers, fruits, shells, seeds, and even the roots of the tree are all widely used because they have many health benefits. That's the tree
is called the miracle tree.

In the Indian subcontinent, the leaves, flowers, and fruits of the tree are eaten as vegetables. The increases in consumption of moringa food supplements are quite noticeable in India.
